Services provided : We provided a complete end to end glazing installation service, including surveying, supply, installation, project coordination, and resident liaison.

Programme: Commencement November 2024 delivering a 5 year programme of glazing property improvements within the Southampton City Council area.

Description

Over the past year, we have successfully completed the installation of more than 4,000 UPVC windows, doors, and composite doors for Trident Maintenance Services, working on behalf of Southampton City Council.

Our scope of works included full site surveys and measurements, the supply and installation of all products, resident liaison and appointment scheduling, and close coordination with site teams to ensure each property was prepared for installation. Using our many years of experience and in depth knowledge within the glazing industry, we ensured that all projects were delivered smoothly and efficiently. Working to a tightly managed programme, we consistently completed projects on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
