Paul has been in the building / glazing industry since leaving school, gaining decades of hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of windows and doors. With a strong belief in honesty, quality, and straightforward thinking, Paul set out to create a glazing company that customers could truly trust. That vision became Harbourside Windows & Doors, which he founded alongside Wayne.
Paul’s approach to business is built on clear communication, reliable service, and doing things the right way — values that continue to shape everything Harbourside stands for today.

Wayne has been in the trade 25 + years, he steers Harbourside's success, with a wealth of knowledge and leadership. Wayne works primarily with our trade customers, he understands the importance of precision, reliability, and meeting tight project deadlines.
Wayne’s approach to business is founded on clear communication, dependable service, and a commitment to doing things properly.

Wayne Derrick

James works across the business, with all of our customers, retail, trade and developers. He loves being out and about, whether it's catching up with customers or meeting new clients. James will be the first person to visit your home to quote. His expertise and calm approach will help you choose what’s right for you.
James’s approach to his role is built on clear communication, organisation, and dependable support, helping to ensure Harbourside delivers the high level of service our customers expect.

James Kennedy

Dee has been a cornerstone of Harbourside Windows & Doors for over 30 years, bringing extensive experience and expertise in managing accounts and finances. She ensures that everything works behind the scenes, from invoicing and budgeting to payroll and financial reporting. But Dee doesn’t just sit behind a desk — she’s hands-on too, helping with manual lifting, deliveries, and supporting the team wherever needed.
Her approach to work is built on accuracy, reliability, and clear communication, reflecting the values that Harbourside is known for. Dee’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence help keep the business organised and customers confident that their projects are in safe hands.
Enjoys staying active with squash, bracket ball , and paddleboarding, as well as spending quality time with her grandson and her beloved Staffie dog.

Dee Levitt

Aston brings extensive customer-focused experience to Harbourside Windows & Doors. With a background that includes working abroad and 11 years in the electrical industry as a Customer Service Manager, she has built strong expertise in customer engagement, marketing, and relationship management.
Now as Business Development Manager, Aston helps grow the business, strengthen client partnerships, and create new opportunities for both retail and trade customers — all through clear communication and results-driven relationships fully in line with Harbourside’s values.
Enjoys making memories with her two young children, socialising with friends, listening to a good podcast and being busy.

Aston Campbell

Jade is a key member of our Havant Trade Counter team, providing friendly, knowledgeable support to builders, installers, and developers. With a strong focus on service and efficiency, she ensures every customer gets the right products, advice, and turnaround to keep their projects running smoothly.
Her hands-on approach and attention to detail make Jade a trusted point of contact for our customers, helping Harbourside deliver the reliable service we’re known for.

Jade Smith

Tom plays a vital role across our office and warehouse operations, helping to keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes. From handling stock and deliveries to supporting order processing, he ensures our trade and retail customers receive the right products, on time.
With a practical, organised approach, Tom helps Harbourside maintain the smooth, reliable service our customers expect.
