With a strong belief in honesty, quality, and straightforward thinking, Paul set out to create a glazing company that customers could truly trust. Dee has been a cornerstone of Harbourside Windows & Doors for over 30 years, bringing extensive experience and expertise in managing accounts and finances. She ensures that everything works behind the scenes, from invoicing and budgeting to payroll and financial reporting. But Dee doesn’t just sit behind a desk — she’s hands-on too, helping with manual lifting, deliveries, and supporting the team wherever needed.Her approach to work is built on accuracy, reliability, and clear communication, reflecting the values that Harbourside is known for. Luke Veck
Quotes and Order ProcessorLuke has recently joined the Harbourside team as our Quotes & Order Processor, bringing with him over 15 years of experience within the glazing industry.
With a broad background spanning installation, sales, surveying, processing, and management, Luke offers a wealth of knowledge across PVC, aluminium, and timber window systems. His experience working on both domestic and commercial projects makes him a valuable addition to the team, ensuring quotations and orders are handled accurately, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.
Luke shares Harbourside’s commitment to quality, customer service, and reliability, helping to ensure every project runs smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with his partner and their young daughter, and has a real passion for classic cars.
Harry Ainsley
Harry has been a valued member of the Harbourside team for the past eight years, playing an important role within our installation team and helping to deliver the high standards and customer service we are known for.
With a strong attention to detail and a friendly, professional approach, he takes great pride in ensuring every installation is completed to the highest standard. His experience, reliability, and positive attitude make him a highly respected member of the team.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the golf course, indulging in his favourite meal of sausages, mash, onions and gravy, and relaxing with a glass of mulled wine. And of course, he is well known for his trademark mullet, which has become something of a team icon.Installer

Since joining the team, Ben has quickly become an integral part of the business, supporting a wide range of day-to-day operations. Whether he is delivering materials, assisting in the warehouse, or lending a hand wherever needed, Ben’s versatility, reliability, and positive attitude make him a real asset to the Harbourside team.
His willingness to turn his hand to almost anything reflects Harbourside’s hardworking ethos and commitment to keeping every project running smoothly and efficiently.
